UX Designer - design systems (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Boston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
