UX Designer - design systems (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Fox Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
