UX Designer - design systems (Boston, MA)

Lumen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Boston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
