UX Designer - design systems (Boston, MA)

Silverline North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Boston, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Boston. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
