UX Designer - design systems (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
