UX Designer - design systems (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Pine Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
