UX Designer - design systems (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Baltimore, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
