UX Designer - design systems (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
