UX Designer - design systems (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Atlanta. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
