UX Designer - design systems (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Loom Medical is a Atlanta company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
