UX Designer - design systems (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Fern Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Atlanta with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
