UX Designer - design systems (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Anchorage, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
