UX Designer - design systems (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Anchorage, and we need a UX Designer to lead our design systems. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
