UX Designer - design systems (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Albuquerque. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
