UX Designer - design systems (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Sable Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
