UX Designer - design systems (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Albuquerque. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
