UX Designer - design systems (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Albuquerque. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on design systems. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
