UX Designer - design systems (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Junction Markets Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on design systems for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
