UX Designer - content design (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Vale Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Wichita, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in tuition and subsidies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
