UX Designer - content design (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Glen Banking Services is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
