UX Designer - content design (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Tulsa with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
