UX Designer - content design (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tucson. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
