UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Basin Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
