UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

Bright Vista Markets is a Toledo retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
