UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Ember Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
