UX Designer - content design (Toledo, OH)

Nova Juniper Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
