UX Designer - content design (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Haven Financial serves customers across Tampa with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
