Ironwood Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tampa presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around exhibitions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
