UX Designer - content design (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Field Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
