UX Designer - content design (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Clear Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
