UX Designer - content design (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Junction Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around St. Louis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of about 515 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
