Highbridge Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around St. Louis with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
