UX Designer - content design (St. Louis, MO)

Redstone Cedar Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
