UX Designer - content design (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 966 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
