UX Designer - content design (Spokane, WA)

Nova Haven Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
