UX Designer - content design (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge River Markets is a Spokane retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
