UX Designer - content design (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
