UX Designer - content design (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group provides primary and specialty care in San Diego. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
