UX Designer - content design (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meadow Insurance and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in underwriting files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
