UX Designer - content design (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Lantern Markets serves neighbourhoods around Salt Lake City with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
