UX Designer - content design (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
