UX Designer - content design (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around production lots that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in production lots. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
