UX Designer - content design (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
