UX Designer - content design (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Granite Pharma develops and makes medicines in Richmond, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
