UX Designer - content design (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
