What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in learning materials. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
