UX Designer - content design (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Group is a Reno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
