UX Designer - content design (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Reno. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Reno. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
