UX Designer - content design (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Willow Medical Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
