UX Designer - content design (Reno, NV)

Amberfield Stone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
